Partner Success Specialist / Channel Account Manager

Responsibilities :
- Train partners on effective Odoo software sales and implementation strategies.
- Coach partners to improve their sales processes and performance.
- Encourage continuous skill development among partners.
- Maintain strong relationships with diverse partners for sustained success.
- Identify and leverage opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and partnership expansion.
- Work with partners to customize implementation solutions for end customers.
- Negotiate software requirements and agreements to align with partner and customer needs.
- Implement efficient cross-functional processes to boost operational effectiveness.
- Enhance communication and collaboration among partners, internal teams, and customers.
- Spot opportunities for process optimization and automation.
- Collaborate with executives to meet customer needs and position Odoo software as a key competitive advantage.
- Contribute to the development of customer-centric strategies.

Compensation and Perks :
The estimated annual compensation range for this role is $70,000-$90,000 OTE (on-target earnings), with a base salary range of $50,000-$70,000. Please note that actual salaries may vary based on factors such as education, training, experience, professional achievements, business needs, and location.
