Odyssey House is seeking a Full-Time Therapist.

Job Location: Salt Lake City
Total Compensation: $60,000 salary $22,000 benefits = $82,000 total compensation
Starting Salary - $60,000
New Therapist: Starting wage - $60,000 (negotiable based on experience)
Fully Licensed Therapist: Starting wage $65,000 (negotiable based on experience)
5 years of applicable experience: $68,000-$70,000
Benefits Package = approximately $22,000

Core Responsibilities: You will assess and diagnose clients, developing a treatment plan addressing their unique needs. You will establish a rapport with clients by facilitating individual, group, and family therapy and attending recreational outings. The average caseloads are 12 clients! Odyssey operates with a multidisciplinary treatment team to support your clinical work.
