Position Summary
O dyssey Systems has an exciting opportunity for a Program Analyst (Clinical Affairs), supporting the Traumatic Brain Injury Center of Excellence (TBICoE). T he TBICoE is a branch of the Research Support Division in the Research and Engineering Directorate (R&E) of the Defense Health Agency (DHA). DHA is a Federal Program within the Department of Defense (DoD). TBICoE, known previously as the Defense and Veterans Brain Injury Center (DVBIC), has been congressionally mandated since 1992 and is currently a matrixed research, dissemination, and knowledge translation program, supporting warfighter brain health and readiness by advancing the traumatic brain injury state of the science and clinical standards.
Duties include, but are not limited to:
Minimum Required Qualifications
C itizenship: Must be a US Citizen.
Clearance: A ctive T1 or T3.
Education: Master’s Degree in administration or planning preferred.
Years of Experience: Minimum of 3 years of program management experience preferred. Prior experience within the DoD/VA systems of care required.
Certifications: N/A
Preferred Qualifications
Years of experience: 3 years of experience implementing and administering a health program.

Location: Silver Spring, MD.
Travel: Possible.
Remote, Onsite, or Hybrid: Onsite, 1335 East West Highway, Silver Spring, MD.

Final compensation for this position will be determined by various factors such as the Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant work experience, specific skills and competencies, geographic location, education, and certifications.

- Has proficiency with a multitude of Windows based, email and internet computer applications.
