JOB SUMMARY
Responsibilities include general sales and marketing activities, managing existing customers and external sales partners, and increasing sales growth.
REQUIRED MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
1. High School Diploma
2. At least 5 years of experience in sales or a related field, including 2 years of experience in the semiconductor industry.
3. Any equivalent combination of education and experience can be considered.
4. Must have a valid driver’s license by date of hire.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
Employee must have an excellent work ethic, be self-motivated, and be equally at home working alone and within a team environment.
- Interfacing with Repair Supervisor, Customer Service, Engineering, and Management
- Scheduling WIP with repair group to balance sales needs against current WIP priorities
- Improving Sales and Improving Customer Satisfaction
- Developing cold leads, new customers, and current customers
- Utilizing computer software such as Microsoft Office and NetSuite, as well as utilizing the internet and new technologies as necessary to generate new business and contacts
- Communicating technically to any level verbally, electronically, and in writing as customers or management requires
- Motivating oneself to achieve results without constant supervision and to constantly analyze internal sales drive in an effort to improve performance.
- Manage external sales partners.
- Strengthening overall sales growth with emphasis on performance-based measurement to quantify success.
- Maintaining a positive attitude, punctuality, and great work ethic.
- A natural aptitude and drive to increase customer satisfaction.
- Other non-specific duties and responsibilities a supervisor may require of the employee.
TOOLS AND EQUIPMENT USED
