JOB SUMMARY
Primary duties include providing technical support for OEG users. This includes software and hardware support for end user devices. Identification and remediation of end user technical issues or escalation as needed. Perform basic network troubleshooting. Providing direction to technical resources. Act as a liaison between Enterprise Technical Services and the end user. Provision new devices for end users. Perform responsibilities in accordance with all company standards, policies, and procedures.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
- 1-2 years of helpdesk support experience
- Valid driver’s license required
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Industry certifications preferred
KEY SKILLS & COMPETENCIES
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to learn and support new systems and applications
- Skill in organizing resources and establishing priorities
- Problem solving methodologies
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide support to staff on all company-supported applications and devices
- Troubleshoot device problems, determine source, and advise on appropriate action
- Complete Information Technology project work
- Install, configure, and maintain company devices and related hardware and software
- Maintain knowledge of computer and/or network security systems, applications, procedures, and techniques
- Identify and resolve computer system malfunctions and operations problems
- Identify and communicate opportunities for improvement
- Perform additional duties as assigned
