OES Equipment, a fast-paced supply and rental equipment company in the construction industry, is looking for a motivated Inside Sales Representative to serve as a key customer contact and resource for Huntsville, Alabama. We are seeking a detail oriented, team player with the ability to provide excellent customer service, act as the subject matter expert for our product lines and services, and ensure customer satisfaction through quality work and timely order fulfillment.
The Inside Sales Representative will be responsible for the following:
- Building key relationships to provide outstanding customer service
- Receiving, placing, and filling customer orders
- Providing and recommending solutions to the customer
- Placing and receiving purchase orders
- Quoting and invoice processing
- Data entry and other miscellaneous office management tasks as needed
Required Skills:
- Proven success in a sales and customer focused environment
- Excellent listening and communication skills
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong work ethic and a “can-do” attitude
- Ability to work in both a team environment and independently
- Construction supply and equipment industry knowledge preferred
- Experience with RentalMan (Wynne Software) preferred
*This role will be active in Huntsville, AL for about 2.5-3 years. After that time, the candidate filling this role must be open to relocation to one of our other markets within OES nationally.
