We’re seeking a skilled Project Manager to lead fire alarm monitoring and fire services programs for multiple customer accounts! You’ll oversee system setup, inspections, maintenance, and ensure compliance with fire codes and regulations. You’ll also manage fire extinguisher programs, coordinate with technicians, maintain customer relationships, and deliver top-tier service—keeping life safety readiness at the forefront.
- Manage fire alarm monitoring, inspections, and compliance across client sites
- Coordinate with monitoring centers, technicians, and customers to resolve issues
- Oversee fire extinguisher testing, inventory, and maintenance
- Serve as primary customer contact, providing updates and solutions
- Plan and execute multiple fire service projects, assign tasks, and ensure timely completion
- Collaborate with service teams for quality assurance and regulatory reviews
Qualifications: Associate or bachelor’s degree preferred, FA License, relevant fire protection certifications, 5 years in customer service/client management, expertise in fire alarm/monitoring systems, strong organizational & communication skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
