Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Office Clerk to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in clerical duties and possess excellent organizational skills.

Responsibilities:

- Enter payroll records to excel sheet timely manner.

- Knowledge about word, excel and emails communications.
- Answer and direct phone calls, taking messages when necessary.
- Perform clerical tasks such as filing, photocopying, and data entry.
- Provide support to staff members as needed, acting as a personal assistant.
- Employee Salary paychecks on time and accurately..

Qualifications:

- Strong phone etiquette and communication skills are essential.
- Experience with file management and clerical work is beneficial.
- Highly proficient Word & Excel computer skills.

- Accurate and meticulous in data entry

- Strong clerical, administrative and general office skills

- Good organizational and time-management skills

- Exceptional calculation and memory skills
