- Answer and direct phone calls, taking messages when necessary.
- Perform clerical tasks such as filing, photocopying, and data entry.
- Provide support to staff members as needed, acting as a personal assistant.

Qualifications:
- Strong phone etiquette and communication skills are essential.
- Experience with file management and clerical work is beneficial.
- Highly proficient Word & Excel computer skills.
- Accurate and meticulous in data entry
- Strong clerical, administrative and general office skills
