Duties
- Reach out to prospective clients via outbound calls, warm calling, and telemarketing strategies to generate interest in our products and services
- Qualify leads by understanding client needs, budget, and decision-making processes to ensure appointment quality
- Schedule appointments for the sales team with interested prospects, ensuring all details are accurately recorded in CRM software such as Zoho CRM
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service during all interactions, fostering positive relationships with potential clients
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to refine outreach strategies and improve appointment-setting success rates
- Track call activity, follow-up tasks, and appointment outcomes within CRM systems to ensure seamless communication flow
- Continuously improve communication skills and product knowledge to effectively negotiate and handle objections during calls
Requirements
- Proven experience in telemarketing, inside sales, or B2B sales is highly preferred
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to persuade and influence prospects effectively
- Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written
- Familiarity with CRM software such as Salesforce or other CRM tools for managing leads and appointments preferred.
- Ability to handle outbound calling campaigns confidently while maintaining a positive attitude
- Customer service mindset with a focus on building rapport and trust with prospects
- Experience working with marketing teams on lead generation strategies is advantageous
