We are a corporate refreshment service that provides beverages, snacks, and catering to power productivity at corporate offices throughout the SF Bay Area. We serve everything from snacks and drinks to cold brew coffee, kombucha, beer, wine, spirits and an in-house chef-driven catering menu. We're looking for hard-working, motivated people who can think on their feet and want to contribute to the company's continued growth.
We're looking to add a full-time manager level employee who likes getting their hands dirty to join our team. We expect you to actively contribute to improving the company's overall operations. This is a hands-on role for someone who wants to grow with a company and be part of a winning team.
You'll work directly with the leadership team that's made the INC 500 list of fastest growing companies and is from MIT, UC Berkeley, and the US Military.
Some of your daily responsibilities will include:
Leading night time operations - route, warehouse, catering delivery
Ensuring night team is prepared for their routes and is loaded out correctly and efficiently.
Working with the night warehouse team to pick and pack orders
Monitoring and improving night team performance
Training team on company SOPs and equipment
Coordinating with day team to ensure smooth transition from day -> night and night -> to days.
Other duties as assigned.

Schedule is Sunday night to Thursday night from 6pm until last route returns.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or higher, or 5 yrs management experience
- Able to lift 50 lbs
- Able to work nights starting at 6pm Sunday until Thursday night
- Proven Leadership ability or potential
- You will need a State Driver's License, a clean driving record, and to pass a background check.
- Your first week of training will start with our day shift at 6am as you learn how to be effective in your role.
Compensation
Full-Time W2 role
- Salary 65,000-70,000 to start
