What are the responsibilities and job description for the Outside Sales Representative position at Office Technology Group, Inc.?
We are currently seeking experienced Account Executives to join our team as outside sales representatives in the Bristol County, Plymouth County and Rhode Island areas. Successful candidates will be required to identify and cultivate office equipment and software solution sales opportunities to a unique selection of local, regional, and national companies in key markets. Such as insurance, legal, accounting, investment, manufacturing, processing, education and government.
- Required Skills/Qualifications: 3 years (minimum) of successful office equipment, document solutions Sales experience with a major manufacturer or regional re-seller.
- Strong product knowledge of major product lines from manufacturers such as Konica Minolta, Ricoh, Canon, Sharp, Toshiba, Kyocera.
- Understanding of solution applications, network, PC print and scan software.
- Familiarity with CRM software such as Hubspot, SalesForce, etc.
- Strong communication and Sales presentation skills are essential.
- Must be detailed orientated and focused on customer satisfaction and sales results.
- Duties and Responsibilities: To develop product Sales with new commercial, named, major and GEM accounts within the authorized Sales territory.
- Be able to perform detailed customer needs analysis, in order to increase Sales office machines and document solutions.
- Be able to develop customized solutions, create proposals and negotiate with customers to increase Sales.
- Ensure the proper level of activity is undertaken to generate Sales results.
- Develop and execute marketing plans to achieve agreed Sales targets.
- Maintain and generate new Sales within existing customer accounts.
- Produce accurate and timely forecasts and report on monthly Sales performance.
- Participate in a planned program of self development and training, ensuring current product knowledge and keeping abreast of new and emerging products.
