Description
Primary Responsibilities
- Develop graphics, booklets, and printed content
- Analyze data using tools like Google Analytics and Google Data studio and compile reports
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to develop branding messages
- Maintain marketing calendar to ensure fulfillment of social media, email, and other marketing schedules
- Collaborate in the maintenance of marketing and sales CRM tools
- Assist with management of digital advertising tools, including GoogleAds. Facebook Ads, Linkedin Ads, and retargeting tools
- Coordinate maintenance of website and carry out relevant tasks
- Collect and compile data for review by company management and leadership, including ROI of marketing initiatives
- Assists in developing and distributing materials related to sales, training, and marketing
- Develops and maintains positive relationships with existing and potential vendors
- Assists with creation and management of trade shows, physical and virtual events, webinars, etc.
- Meet with marketing director for weekly planning and brainstorming
- Maintain Offix social media outlets (Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter)
- Design and write support for marketing material, including collateral, website copy, SEM and blog content
- Coordinate advertising efforts to ensure timely deliverables of content, appropriate calls-to-action, and utilization of value-add opportunities
- Research and identify new marketing opportunities for exposing the Offix brand and message to important target groups
- Work within team to improve process efficiencies, and to incorporate the Offix brand and campaign messages
- Performs other duties as assigned

Requirements
- Microsoft Office Suite (Primarily Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
- Adobe Creative Suite (Primarily Photoshop, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, and/or InDesign)
- Time management and organizational skills
- Copy editing and writing
- Enthusiasm for marketing and branding
- High level of detail orientation
- Ability to work effectively independently and in a team environment
- Flexible and eager to collaborate with different groups
- Proactive, focused, independent drive
- Video shooting and editing experience preferred but not required
