Job Description:
We are currently seeking one or two part-time maintenance person(s) to join our team. If you have mechanical skills, enjoy working with people, and approach every task with the same care and attention you would give to your own family, then we want to hear from you.
Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance tasks such as repairing plumbing, electrical systems, HVAC systems, and other building components.
- Conduct inspections of the property to identify and address any maintenance issues promptly.
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests from residents and address their concerns in a courteous and professional manner.
- Ensure the proper functioning of such as the indoor pool, elevators, fire sprinkler/alarm system, and garage doors.
- Assist in maintaining a clean and safe environment throughout the condominium complex.
Requirements:
- Strong mechanical skills and the ability to troubleshoot and repair various building systems.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a customer-focused approach.
- Ability to work independently and efficiently, as well as collaborate effectively with other team members.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks and responsibilities.
- High school diploma or equivalent. Additional technical training or certifications are a plus.
- Prior experience in maintenance or a related field is preferred but not required.
