What are the responsibilities and job description for the Die Setter position at OGS Industries?

OGS Industries is seeking a Die Setter who is responsible for installing and setting up tooling, and first piece inspection.
ESSENTIAL DUTY
- Installing tools in punch presses
- Securing and setting up stock guides and stock removal
- Installing guarding around tooling
Skills Requirement
- Must be able to safely operator a tow motor
- Must be able to adjust stock straighteners, load and unload stock feeders
- Must have at least 10 years experience with prog dies and compound dies with positive knock outs
- Ability to read blue prints, use micrometers and read routers
- Experience as a die setter in metal stamping manufacturing plant is a must
Education and Experience Required
- High School Diploma
- Metal Stamping Manufacturing
