Responsibilities:

• Providing clinical supervision, oversight, and support to an assigned roster of behavioral health clinicians
• Oversee and implement evidence based practices in treatment of clients
• Participate in agency initiatives to promote coordination of care
• Providing supervision and modeling for therapists in integrating agency protocols and practices into client care ie; trauma informed approach, integrated care
• Providing assessment and treatment for a caseload of clients
• Maintaining appropriate and required documentation
• Attend all necessary agency meetings and trainings
• Collaborate with team members as appropriate, including prescribers, therapists, and case managers
  
  

We are seeking a candidate with a warm, empathetic, and engaging personality, capable of fostering a supportive, non-judgmental, and open approach when working with individuals. Cultural competence is highly valued, enhancing the candidate’s ability to connect to the client base. The ideal candidate will have strong documentation and writing, alongside the ability to seamlessly integrate into a clinical team. Strong assessment and diagnostic abilities, as well as proficient documentation and writing skills, are essential. Master’s degree in a mental health field and license in the state of New York (LCSW, LMHC, PhD, PsyD) is required. This full time position is located in Brooklyn, includes a competitive benefits package and a sign-on bonus.

Salary: $90,00- $105,000
