Full-time position available for high energy team player to work as a Recovery Specialist within Ohel’s Kadimah PROS. Responsibilities include maintaining a case load of 22 Adults with Severe Mental Illness and ensuring they successfully integrate into the community through one to one counseling and group sessions. Additionally, the Recovery Specialist will be responsible for providing access to various community resources including mental and physical health professionals, rehabilitation, housing, and entitlements as well as provide crisis intervention when needed, including hospital admission and discharge support. Candidate will be required to maintain ongoing and timely documentation, program assessments, Individualized Treatment Plans and charting in accordance with OMH, Medicaid and HIPPA regulations and attend various team meetings and trainings. Strong computer, organizational and communication skills a must. A minimum of 1 year working with the mental health population and LMSW, LMHC, LCAT, or limited permit required.
