What are the responsibilities and job description for the Assistant Attorney General position at Ohio Attorney General's Office?
The Ohio Attorney General's Office is seeking an Assistant Attorney General to provide legal counsel and representation on matters involving land reutilization corporations, nuisance property remediation, and distressed real estate. This position plays a critical role in addressing issues related to vacant, abandoned, and tax-delinquent properties across Ohio. As an authorized agent of the Attorney General, you will appear before courts and administrative boards, advise state agencies, and develop legal strategies to support property remediation and redevelopment efforts. This position will work a hybrid in-person/remote schedule. There may be changes to this schedule based on training and operational needs. The headquarters location is 30 E. Broad St., Columbus.
