Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:
Oversee front-of-the-house operations in our all you can eat Culinary Centers
Maintains a safe, secure, & healthy work environment by following, & enforcing safety standards & procedures
Complies with sanitation & federal, state, & local legal regulations
Accomplishes FRONT OF THE HOUSE goals & accepts ownership for accommodating new & different requests; explores opportunities to add value to job accomplishments
The ideal candidate for this role will possess:
Computer skills are a must
A highly results-oriented, articulate, decisive, self-starter who energizes people around them & works well with little supervision
Ability to direct and lead team members in their daily responsibilities
Previous experience in the hotel, educational dining, contract food service industry &/or multi-unit restaurant operations experience is preferred.
Comfortable dealing with fast-paced environments and staff
