- Work Mode: Hybrid
- Consult on office365 applications and serve as a subject matter expert for SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams, Power Apps, Stream, Viva Insights, and Exchange.
- Lead training sessions for the City’s IT staff and stakeholders on the use of Office365 products.
- Drive modernization and promote an evergreen IT environment by championing changes and feature updates in Office365 applications.
- Mentor junior team members and facilitate knowledge-sharing within the Platform Engineering team.
- Actively participate in team meetings and discussions, contributing to the adoption of DevOps principles.
- Build relationships within the broader IT community and collaborate with other departments as needed.
- Provide technical support and consultations, handling high-priority tickets when required.
- 7 years of experience with Office365 applications, including SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams (Voice and Rooms), Exchange, and Power Apps.
- 5 years of experience scripting in PowerShell, with expertise in conducting code reviews and managing code repositories.
- 3 years of experience providing consultations and leading training sessions for diverse groups, preferably with Office365 products.
- Ability to work independently and manage tasks efficiently.
- FBI background check for CJIS clearance required.
- Completion of HIPAA compliance training within the City of Philadelphia’s requirements.
- Experience with Microsoft’s GCC (Government Community Cloud) licensing suite.
