As a Sales Representative at Elite Tire & Service, you will actively engage with customers, handling their needs and concerns and promoting return business.
Your responsibilities will include meeting and greeting customers both in person and over the phone, contacting customers to increase sales and profitability, and completing sales call reports as requested.
You will also play a crucial role in determining customer needs and providing them with the best available options or alternate solutions.
In addition to your sales duties, you will also assist with outside sales, selling products, and work closely with our Corporate Sales Manager and Service Manager to improve service times and increase customer satisfaction.
To succeed in this position, you should have a strong ability to work independently and adapt quickly to new strategies. Candidates with 2-3 years of sales and / or tire industry experience will be given strong preference.
