Responsibilities:
Address Payroll related inquiries from employees and management
Collect daily Job Site Reports and audit for accuracy
Process payroll accurately and on time each week
Generate payroll reports for management review
Maintain Payroll Software
Process and Onboard New Hire information in payroll system
Scanning and Maintaing Electronic filing for payroll reports and information
Provide information as needed for DOT and Safety assistance
Qualifications
- 2 years of experience in payroll administration or a related field
- Solid organizational skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
- High attention to detail and ability to maintain a high level of accuracy in a fast-paced environment
