Northwest Center for Behavioral Health’s Acute Care Unit is located in Ft. Supply, OK and offers acute inpatient care and psychiatric stabilization services.For over 100 years we have been the areas leader in providing the best mental health care.We are currently recruiting for Licensed Practical Nurses.Join our team of dedicated staff at Northwest Center for Behavioral Health.Work duties will include performing nursing procedures or specialized functions in accordance with knowledge and skills. Assists in assessing, reporting, and recording health status of patients. Administers medications as ordered. Takes temperatures, pulse, respiration, and blood pressure, and various other technical nursing tasks in providing health care to patients.

Pay Rate:

LPN III $60,000 / $28.84/hr
LPN II $55,000 / $26.44/hr
LPN I $50,500 / $24.28/hr

$3.00/hr shift differentials when working evening, nights, or weekends and holidays
DIFFERENTIALS THAT STACK!
NIGHT SHIFT AVAILABLE! Primary Working Hours are7:30 pm - 8:00 am - 12 Hour shifts
FLSA Status: Non-Exempt

Minimum Qualifications and Experience: (Level III) Possession of a valid permanent Oklahoma license as a licensed practical nurse as approved by the Oklahoma Board of Nursing and three (3) years of practical nursing experience. (Level II) Possession of a valid permanent Oklahoma license as a licensed practical nurse as approved by the Oklahoma Board of Nursing and one (1) years of practical nursing experience. (Level I) Possession of a valid permanent Oklahoma license as a licensed practical nurse as approved by the Oklahoma Board of Nursing.
