Job-related travel is: EXTENSIVE.
Minimum Qualifications
- Completion of a master’s degree in social work, behavioral science, guidance, and counseling, or public administration and 4 years of professional social work or social science administration, plus 3 years of qualifying experience in assigned program as a supervisor, a senior programs administrator, or in program management.
Or
- An equivalent combination of education and experience substituting one (1) additional year of qualifying work experience for each year of the required education.
Job Responsibilities
- This is a leadership position acting as Immediate Supervisor for 4 CM IV Supervisors and
Reviewing Supervisor for 32 CM II and 2 Admin Techs and 1 Admin Assist I. Ensures program
compliance with state and federal requirements to over 990 consumers serving all waivers
including Class Members in 22 Rural Counties. Leads efforts to ensure quality residential services
providing social services to clients in assessing needs and determining eligibility for specific
programs and services; requiring both broad and specialized knowledge of all social service
programs including maintain contractual compliance of OKDHS approved specialized foster homes.
contact outside public and private health and welfare agencies and community resources to assist
in obtaining aid for clients and their families. - Ability to work on a diverse team and directly with people from diverse backgrounds specifically racial, ethnic, socioeconomic, and disabilities.
