Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's (degree must be conferred on or before agreed upon start date)
- The following are the minimum requirements and salary ranges per title:
- Academic Advisor I (non-exempt): Bachelor's degree and 0-2 years of experience, $18.27-$21.15/hr.
- Academic Advisor II (non-exempt): Bachelor's degree and 2-3 years of experience, $21.19-22.60/hr.
- Academic Advisor III (non-exempt or exempt): Master's degree and 1-3 years experience, $21.15-$23.56/hr. ($44,000-$49,000/annually).
- Senior Academic Advisor I (exempt): Master's degree, 3 years of experience, $47,000-$51,000/annually.
- Senior Academic Advisor II (exempt): Master's degree, 5 years of experience, $49,000-$55,000/annually.
- Master's Arts & Sciences discipline.
Salary : $44,000 - $49,000
