About this Position
Back up for Human resources responsibilities include employee recruitment and retention strategies, compensation tracking and analysis, collaboration with central OSU HR and the Office of the Vice President for Student Affairs (VPSA), training coordination, CARE committee involvement, employee relations, and payroll administration.
Required Qualifications
- High School/GED (degree must be conferred on or before agreed upon start date)
- Six years of professional experience. Post-secondary education may be substituted for experience (1 year of education: 1 year of experience).
- Skills, Proficiencies, and/or Knowledge:
Ability to exercise initiative and independent judgement. Ability to manage multiple tasks and competing deadlines Ability to interact effectively and efficiently with faculty, staff and students. Strong attention to detail, follow-up and excellent organizational skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledge of OSU Banner HR & Student Systems, and Learning Management System. Okcorral, Pcard processes, AIRS, and Travel.
Salary : $40 - $50
