They are not intended to be construed as an exhaustive list of all responsibilities, duties and skills required of personnel so classified.Position Description: Old Colony Regional Vocational Technical High School District is looking for an organized, detail oriented, energetic Accounts Payable and Payroll Coordinator. The Accounts Payable and Payroll Coordinator is expected to work under general supervision with the ability to multitask and stay calm and professional in a fast paced and busy work environment. Potential applicants should have knowledge of office procedures; excellent computer and writing skills with Microsoft Office experience; customer service skills; ability to interact effectively and professionally with coworkers and vendors; accounting, purchasing, and bookkeeping skills; ability to maintain confidentiality; and the ability to multitask.Education & Experience: High School diploma or equivalent.Must have two to four years of experience in accounts payable and/or payroll, excellent computer knowledge, andworking knowledge of Microsoft Office and Google Docs.Experience utilizing general ledger software and/or payroll processing software is a plus..Contractual Year: Full year, 8 hours per day with a 30 minute lunch and 30 minute break
