What are the responsibilities and job description for the Personal Trainer position at OLD COLONY YMCA?
Under the supervision of the Fitness Director (or direct supervisor), the Personal Trainer will design a personal and individualized wellness program for the member he/she is working with. The Personal Trainer will represent the Old Colony Y in a positive, professional manner resulting in friendly, convenient and courteous service. The Personal Trainer will be responsible for providing individualized service suited for the member’s personal needs and goals. The Personal Trainer will uphold the employee code of conduct and will ensure that all areas of the job responsibilities reflect the mission of the Old Colony Y. The Personal Trainer will display and encourage the character traits of caring, responsibility, honesty and respect in the fulfillment of all job duties.
