What are the responsibilities and job description for the Welcome Center Representative position at OLD COLONY YMCA?

Old Colony YMCA Plymouth is looking for a strong customer service centered individual to join our team! The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills, ability to problem solve, and exude a positive attitude!

The Welcome Center Representative is responsible for operating, maintaining and improving Welcome Center services and systems at the front desk of a high paced fitness facility. The position serves members and guests, maintains member service control, answers the telephone, answers members’ questions and performs various clerical duties.

This would be an on call position with no regular hours weekly.  Hours would be fill in as needed.
