Old Country Farms is seeking a motivated individual to join our whey department team. The successful candidate will be responsible for operating essential systems, including ultrafiltration, reverse osmosis, and protein heat treatment. This role involves monitoring and controlling these advanced equipment systems to ensure optimal performance and product quality. Candidates should possess a strong understanding of dairy processing and have experience operating similar machinery. Attention to detail and the ability to troubleshoot technical issues are crucial for maintaining efficient production processes while adhering to safety regulations and industry standards. Responsibilities

• Hooking up equipment for processing
• Operate and monitor the equipment to ensure optimal performance
• Ensure compliance with safety protocols during all operations
• Helping in the production room
• Maintain accurate records of system operations
• Any other duties assigned by management

Qualifications

• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills for maintaining accurate records.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
• Strong communication skills for effective interaction with team members and stakeholders.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $19.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
