What are the responsibilities and job description for the Prep position at Old New York Deli & Bakery Co?
$21 - $22 PER HOUR ($16 per hour base PLUS $5 to $6 per hour in tip pool!)
Our ideal Prep consistently meets or exceeds these basic job requirements daily:
- Prepare a variety of meats, seafood, poultry, vegetables and other food items for cooking.
- Stocks and maintains sufficient levels of food products for use in kitchen and bakery.
- Complies consistently with our standard portion sizes, cooking methods, recipe specifications, quality standards and kitchen rules, policies and procedures
- Maintain a clean and sanitary work station area including tables, shelves, mixing bowls, food processor, refrigeration and utensils.
