With over 116 years of history and a commitment to excellence, we are seeking a dynamic and results driven Commercial Sales Executive to join our team. Our associates are managed and supported by some of the most reputable leaders in Santa Clara County. Responsibilities include: promoting and selling our Title and Escrow services to commercial real estate professionals, developers, investors and other industry stakeholders.
The primary objective is to drive market share and revenue growth by acquiring new commercial clients, maintaining relationships with existing clients and ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction.
Attendance at commercial real estate events and meetings and developing business via in-person meetings with clients and potential clients is required.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years- experience in the Title and Escrow business with an emphasis on commercial transactions and/or Commercial real estate or Banking experience. Exceptional written, verbal, listening and communication skills. The ability to build and maintain lasting client relationships. Is self-motivated and able to work independently and as a part of a team. Is proficient in using a CRM such as Salesforce. Has existing, established relationships in the commercial real estate industry with commercial banking, developers and attorneys.
The estimated pay range stated represents the typical pay range for this position or similarly employed employees or employees performing substantially similar work. Factors which may be used to determine the actual pay rate may include, but are not limited to, education, training or experience; seniority; merit and work performance; quantity or quality of production; regional differences in compensation; differences in local minimum wages, or ability and effort.
Pay Range for the position is $85,000-$120,000 Commission.
Old Republic complies with all federal, state and local laws including minimum wage requirements. In the event a minimum hourly rate stated is lower than the minimum wage required by law, Old Republic will always pay an amount equal to or greater than the minimum wage required by law.
