Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Manager to oversee the maintenance operations at our facility. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of maintenance, ensuring the facility is in optimal condition.
Responsibilities:
- Implement and oversee maintenance programs, including preventive maintenance and repairs
- Manage a team of maintenance technicians and provide guidance and support
- Maintain equipment and systems to ensure efficient operation
- Utilize Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) for tracking work orders and inventory
- Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, and low voltage systems
- Interpret schematics and logic controllers to diagnose issues accurately
- Develop and manage budgets for maintenance activities
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field preferred
- 10 years of proven experience in maintenance management, preferably in industrial maintenance within the food manufacturing industry
- Strong mechanical knowledge with expertise in electrical systems
- Familiarity with low voltage systems and industrial equipment
- Proficiency in interpreting schematics and logic controllers
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills to manage a maintenance team efficiently
