Job Description

At Olidia Care, we specialize in providing Nursing Services and Durable Medical Equipment to medically complex and technology dependent clients of all ages.

The agency currently employs about 50 RN's, LPN's and office managers to provide excellent care to clients all over the Twin Cities Metro Area.

We are currently looking for a Respiratory Therapist..

• RESPONSIBILITIES AND JOB DESCRIPTION
  
  

This individual will be responsible for leading, developing and growing the respiratory clinical services of our operations, delivering products and services to home care clients.

The therapist will provide clinical assessment, set-up and follow-up on respiratory equipment in coordination with physicians, nursing staff, referral sources and social workers..

The Therapist will also provide education and support for both professional and non-professional caregivers

• SKILLS REQUIREMENT
  
  

Ideal candidates must possess strong clinical assessment skills and be able to work independently.

Extensive knowledge of respiratory equipment is required. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, are required.

• QUALIFICATIONS
  
  

Qualifications include:

Temporary MN license or Licensure through MN Board of Medical Practice as a Respiratory Therapist.

Basic Life Support Certification for a healthcare provider

• EXPERIENCE Experience in Home Care Durable Medical Equipment for at least one year is required
