Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for an Administrative Assistant located in Hollywood, FL. The Administrative Assistant will handle day-to-day administrative tasks including maintaining phone etiquette, providing executive administrative assistance, and undertaking various clerical duties. This role requires a blend of on-site and remote work to support organizational efficiency and effectiveness.
Qualifications
- Administrative Assistance and Executive Administrative Assistance skills
- Strong Phone Etiquette and Communication skills
- Proficiency in Clerical Skills
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
- Experience in a similar administrative role is a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications as an Administrative Assistant or Secretary will be a plus
