As the Senior Manager of Account Management, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring our clients receive exceptional service and achieve measurable results. You’ll lead a team of 10-12 Account Managers who are responsible for retaining and growing their client portfolios. Your leadership will empower the team to deliver best-in-class client experiences, strengthen relationships, and drive the success of ongoing marketing campaigns.Â

Team Leadership & Development:
- Manage and mentor a team of 10-12 Account Managers, ensuring high performance and professional growth.
- Regularly monitor team KPIs, providing feedback, coaching, and training to align performance with company goals.
- Foster a collaborative and positive team environment focused on client success.
Client Success & Retention:
- Ensure Account Managers consistently deliver best-in-class service, leading to high retention rates and business growth.
- Act as an escalation point for client concerns, resolving issues promptly and effectively.
- Strategize and implement initiatives to enhance client satisfaction and loyalty.
Operational Excellence:
- Oversee client communications and ensure timely delivery of monthly calls, emails, and project updates.
- Review marketing campaigns to ensure success, providing feedback to Account Managers and clients during quarterly account reviews.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to coordinate project revisions and task delegation.
Strategic Planning:
- Identify risks, roadblocks, and growth opportunities to optimize campaign outcomes.
- Drive innovation by working closely with leadership and cross-functional teams to enhance services and processes.
✅ What We Really Need From You
- 7 years of experience in account management, customer success, or a similar role, with at least 2 years in a leadership capacity.
- Proven track record of driving success through data-driven management of KPIs, with a focus on delivering measurable outcomes for customers, ensuring alignment with business goals and growth targets.
- Experience in helping customers achieve their desired outcomes through scalable, one-to-many approaches, including community outreach, webinars, or open office hours (experience with webinars/open office hours is a plus).
- Proven ability to manage and develop a team while achieving retention and growth goals.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing, client management, and campaign strategy.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Familiarity with CRM and project management tools (e.g., HubSpot, Asana).
- Experience with Google Suite (Gmail, Calendar, Sheets, Meet, etc.).
