Construction Crew Supervisor in Training / Driver job responsibilities:
- Drive company vehicle
- Lead a crew of 4-6
- Work as a team to complete jobs in a timely manner
- Safely operate company equipment
- Prepare and clean job sites
- Dig, back-fill, and install
- Load and unload materials
Requirements
- Previous general construction labor experience a plus but not required
- Must have a valid Driver's License with favorable driving record
- Must pass a pre-employment drug test and background check
- Must be able to lift 50lbs, bend and stoop
- Must be comfortable working outside and walking on uneven ground
