What are the responsibilities and job description for the Server position at Olympic Club?
This is a Union Local 2 Union position. Scheduling is based upon position seniority with shifts being assigned according to operational needs for lunch, dinner and banquet events. Reports to the Assistant Clubhouse Manager.
Responsibilities Include, but Are Not Limited To the Following:
- Take food and beverage orders
- Interact with members and guests
- Execute fine and casual dining service
- Point of sale competency
- Replenish table settings as needed, complete side work, and assist co-staff when called upon to do so.
Requirements:
- Must have 2-3 years fine dining food service experience. Club environment is a plus.
- Must have excellent customer service skills and be able to effectively communicate in English.
- Flexible schedule is required.
- Must be able to stand for long periods of time, work independently and have attention to detail.
