Due to exciting new partnerships with Verizon, we are actively hiring a Verizon Representative who will serve as the primary point of contact for new customers on behalf of our client. This Verizon Representative role is ideal for someone who is results-driven, people-focused, and eager to grow within a supportive organization.
The Verizon Representative is responsible for building authentic relationships with new customers and managing their experience throughout the sales cycle. Using a consultative approach, Verizon Representative will identify Verizon customer needs, offer customized solutions, resolve issues, and provide ongoing support. We’re seeking someone who is personable, sincere, and passionate about making a meaningful impact.
Responsibilities of a Verizon Representative
- Actively engage with new Verizon customers in person to educate them on our full range of wireless and telecommunication products and services, ensuring each sales interaction is personalized and value-driven.
- Represent the company and client brands at customer meetings, community events, and promotional sales campaigns to enhance brand visibility and build rapport.
- Collaborate with internal teams to execute sales strategies and marketing initiatives that align with customer needs and business goals.
- Monitor customer feedback and industry trends to identify opportunities for improvement and growth.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, sales activities, and performance metrics to support business development and training efforts.
- Support the sales training and integration of new team members, contributing to a strong, collaborative team environment.
- Participate in ongoing leadership development, communication workshops, and team strategy sessions to strengthen sales skills and professional growth.
Qualifications for the Verizon Representative :
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, or any customer-facing role is preferred but not mandatory.
- Prior experience as Verizon Representative is an advantage.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to quickly establish trust and long-term relationships.
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities with confidence in presenting ideas and solutions.
- Demonstrated initiative and leadership potential, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Solid problem-solving and analytical thinking with attention to detail and a strategic mindset.
