Registered Nurse (RN)

Job duties include:

• Assess residents for change of conditions and report any changes to charge nurse or administrative clinicians.
• Assist with resident assessments. Administer medicines and treatments by following plan of care.
• Implements nursing interventions consistent with care of plan.
• Evaluate resident needs and modify if needed according to nursing policy.
• Respond to resident calls, anticipate needs and assure patient safety and comfort.
• Assist in the admission, discharge and transfer process.
• Demonstrates the ability to perform in an accurate and precise manner in crisis and emergency situations.
• Work effectively with partners
• Provide an exceptional experience for each resident/patient, family member, and teammate

Requirements:

• CURRENT STATE licensure is required
