As a Marketing Field Representative, you will be responsible for walking neighborhoods, engaging with homeowners, and setting up appointments for inspections. This role requires strong interpersonal skills, the ability to overcome objections, and a genuine desire to help people in the community. Responsibilities:

• Walk neighborhoods and engage with homeowners through door-knocking.
• Set up appointments for inspections with homeowners.
• Demonstrate perseverance and resilience when faced with challenges.
• Overcome objections and effectively communicate the value of our services.
• Work collaboratively with the team to achieve goals.
• Maintain a positive and enthusiastic attitude towards the job.
• Have an open mindset and willingness to learn and grow in the role.

Opportunity for Advancement:

Compensation:

• Full-Time.
• Salary 85k per year.
• Earn $250 per service agreement for the first two agreements in a week.
• Earn $350 per service agreement for the third agreement in the same week.
• Incentivized based on top performance.
