Oregon Man Clinics in Albany, Oregon. This is a busy Men's Health Clinic with well-established Family Medicine providers.
Responsibilities include:
- Effectively working closely together with Medical Assistants and providers.
- Ensuring prompt and courteous services to clients and patients
- Adherence to HIPAA laws and policy
- Recruiting new patients
- Checking Patients in for scheduled medical appointments and verifying insurance
- Answering Phones and providing excellent customer service to our patients.
- Keeping providers and staff on task and maintaining effective clinic flow throughout the day.
- Performing Venipunctures and Administering injections as needed
- Rooming patients and collecting vital signs as needed
Requirements:
- Creative problem-solver
- Strong leadership skills
- Experience with medical office financial management and day to day operations.
- Experience with EMR
- CMA or CPT recommended but not required
- Customer Service Experience
