- Looking to Hire Staff to provide direct support services to (1) Female developmental disabilities and complex care needs in a home setting.
We are looking for people with Empathy, Integrity and Problem-Solving Skills to be Direct Support Professionals (DSPs).
Shifts Available
- (1) Full Time -Monday through Friday : 4pm-12am Swing shift or 12am -8am NOC shift
- (1) Part Time - Weekends: 8am-4pm Day shift / 4pm -12am Swing Shift / 12am-8am NOC Shift
Duties may include:
- Provide quality direct care support to adults with developmental disabilities.
- Provide behavioral support to individuals with complex care needs.
- Provide support during community-based activities: outings/field trips, medical appointments, and shopping
- Assist with activities of daily living skills including meal preparation, hygiene and assist with medication administration
- Provide guidance on a range of developmental goals from community participation, household budgeting, exercise, nutrition, and supporting vocational responsibilities.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED
- Must be minimum of 18 years of age
- Covid vaccinated
- Experience working in developmental services field preferred
- Valid driver’s license in good standing
- Access to a registered vehicle with proof of insurance
- Successful clearance of background checks
