Position Overview
We now have an immediate opening for an Assistant Broadcast Traffic Coordinator in our Boca Raton office. Candidate will be responsible for primarily assisting/writing broadcast traffic. Will work closely with the account executives, production, and media department.
Responsibilities
- Write and distribute traffic for various digital and traditional media
- Maintain production and traffic spreadsheets
- Collect, organize and follow-up on stations’ traffic confirmations
- Pull media buys from Strata and evaluate them
- Act as point of contact for all broadcast stations
- Work closely with Account Executives to ensure their creative will run correctly for placed media schedules
- Utilize a third-party vendor spot distribution company
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, and/or related communications degree
- Possess exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook), and Google
- Ability to multi-task while maintaining accuracy and remain poised in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Strong attention to details and commitment to continuous work improvement
