Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Communicate with customers
- Interface with employees to provide best service for our customers
- Work closely with Planning, Shipping and Receiving, and Expediting to ensure quality parts and on-time delivery
- Assist with new business development
- Answer inbound calls relating to order status and schedules
- Assist with new product implementation as needed
Qualifications:
- Associates degree or equivalent preferred
- Experience with MRP ERP system a plus
- 3-years experience in fast-paced Customer Service environment
- Inside customer service representative experience preferred
- Excellent decision making skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Excellent phone etiquette and diplomacy
- Ability to interact with various departments and levels of positions
- Good problem-solving skills
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug test
