OMNI Healthcare is looking for a motivated individual to join our team full time in the Melbourne/Palm Bay area. This is an Administrative position for someone with excellent customer service, communication, and administrative skills. They will be responsible for receiving incoming telephone calls in a prompt, courteous, and professional manner while greeting and assisting patients.
Qualifications needed:
· Verifying patient demographics
· Insurance eligibility, obtaining insurance referrals/authorization.
· Collecting patient’s co-payments and balances.
· Schedule appointments.
· Perform office duties, which include filing, copying, faxing, etc.
· Prefer one year of experience in a healthcare environment.
Education:
· High School Diploma or equivalent required.
