The Post Office Clerk is responsible for presorting and distribution of mail as well as the sale and sending of postage and postage related materials while following United States Federal Guidelines.

Responsibilities:- Collecting mail in the A.M from secure location on site, sort and distribute according to resort department.
- Prepare resident and townhome owners mail.
- Assist guests/employees with the purchase of postage, certified and return receipt, delivery and signature mail.
- Zone outgoing mail into appropriate bins.
- Assist in daily replenishment of back stocked product to the sales floor.
- Use of Pitney Bowes machine for selling and applying postage to 1st Class Mail, Resort Gift Certificates with delivery confirmation, and Resort Brochures
- Assist the Loss Prevention Department by preparing and shipping Lost and Found items.
- Process Postal Deposits on daily basis.
- Process outgoing mail and place in secure locked area for pickup by US Postal Service.
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to work nights, weekends, and hoildays
- Part time, and on call positions available
