Account Executive

We have a fantastic culture with amazing, supportive coworkers! Our Headquarters is located in the beautiful Florida Panhandle area of Miramar Beach and we also have a location in the rolling hills of Brentwood, TN, and the mountains of Salt Lake City, Utah. This is an on-site, in the office, be-around-other-humans position. The dress code is pretty relaxed; wear whatever you feel comfortable in. This position will be located in our Brentwood, TN office.

We are excited to announce we are actively looking for the next COMMANDO to join our Client Experience team. We're a culture-driven organization that only accepts the best from our teammates. You do not need to know anything about the credit union industry (although it certainly helps) or website design and marketing (also helps), as we will teach you everything about the industry and what we do. You will, however, need to have the right attitude and aptitude in order to succeed here.

Account Executive Responsibilities:
  • Manage multiple accounts, ensuring that a high level of customer retention and satisfaction is maintained
  • Meet sales quotas; monthly, quarterly, and annually
  • Follow up with prospects several times throughout the sales cycle to ensure needs are being met
  • Present and demonstrate the value of products and services
  • Develop sales strategies to help attain quota
  • Providing support for clients by learning about and satisfying their needs
  • Maintain client websites and all incoming requests
  • Implement strategies to retain customers that have requested to terminate or downgrade their account
  • Record changes to customer accounts, updating service packages, adding accounts, and removing accounts as needed
You will need:
  • Experience producing at a high level
  • Deep understanding of digital marketing
  • Knowledge using Gmail, CRM, and other online tools
  • Knowledge of website CMS and analytics is helpful but not a necessity
  • Organizational skills, time management, and great communication skills are a must!
  • Ability to understand client needs and handle the negotiation process
  • To be a self-starter - Projects will be assigned, and you will need to manage your day and calendar accordingly
  • A "sense of urgency" mentality
  • The ability to handle client complaints and negotiations
  • Keeping a positive attitude in interactions with clients and colleagues
