Sales Support Specialist

Specific Job Function:  We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Sales Support Specialist to provide essential administrative and clerical support to our sales team. This role is integral in ensuring the smooth operation of sales activities, including order processing, customer service, and data management. The ideal candidate will excel in multitasking, exhibit strong communication skills, and demonstrate a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with incoming customer calls and emails, ensuring prompt and courteous responses.
• Efficiently process and accurately enter orders, send order confirmations, and manage order-related queries.
• Provides up to date product, pricing, and service information to customers.
• Ensure a superior customer experience to contribute to account retention and growth by building quality relationships.
• Provide support to sales team on a variety of pre- and post-sale projects as well as keeping sales team informed of account activity, outstanding issues, and requests from customers.
• Update and maintain customer/ account information in Salesforce, ensuring data accuracy and completeness.
• Maintains customer accounts and detailed records of customer interactions.
• Collaborate with the production team to obtain shipping dates, order information, and coordinate logistics with internal departments
• Ensure appropriate actions are taken to resolve customer inquiries, issues, or complaints and provide support to each sales channel.
• Perform other tasks as assigned to support the sales function and overall team objectives.
• Develop an understanding of Omnipure’s products
• Provide technical support to customers

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma
• Experience in sales and/ or customer service
• Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
• Ability to coordinate several high-priority deadlines simultaneously and demonstrate flexibility when priorities change.
• Experience with typical Microsoft Office applications (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
• Excellent organizational, time management & prioritizing skills with the ability to multitask.
• Exhibit an extremely high level of professionalism and superior attention to detail and accuracy
• Able to demonstrate a sense of initiative, ownership, and grit.
• Aptitude to exercise foresight as well as good business judgment to anticipate and solve problems with minimal oversight.
• Ability to anticipate customer and sales team needs.
