Overview
The Optical Engineer works in an aggressive, fast-paced R&D environment to develop optical test bench to study optical phenomena, using strong optical lab and analytical skills to objectively analyze data with optical structure.
Responsibilities
- Develop optical test setup for optical parameter measurement and for 2D/3D imaging system
- Responsible for optical issue understanding and optical characterization of various CMOS Image sensors and camera modules
Requirements
- Must have optical background; including geometric and wave optics. Bachelor degree and above.
- Must have optical lab experience; including light source, detector, optical alignment and laser safety.
- Knowledge of data analysis software, like Matlab, Excel etc
- Understanding of solid state imaging is a plus.
- Good communication skills, good at team work and can meet task schedule.
