Position Details:

Position Type: Full-Time, Long-Term Opportunity

Job Location: Washington, WV

Shift: Day Shift, M-F

Benefits: Paid time off, Paid Holidays and Health benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K and Life Insurance

Compensation: $21.00-$22.00/hr.

Summary:

The primary role for the administrator will be overseeing and putting maintenance time and history in SAP, documenting weekly maintenance and contractor hours and providing to the site Maintenance/Contractor manager. Additional responsibilities may include the following:

Duties:

  • Gathering all relevant data on inspection action items and putting them in software system (SharePoint) from the inspection department heads, subject matter experts, and stakeholders.
  • Creation of Standard Communication Documents for the Organization
  • Presenting solutions to leaders (limited analysis support to justify recommendations)
  • Performing limited Administrative Analysis activities for the Operating and Technical Teams.
  • Other responsibilities as assigned

Requirements/Desired Skills:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Demonstrated Problem Solving skills.
  • Intermediate to Advance Excel and PowerPoint Skills
  • Ability to work independently while at the same time work effectively in a collaborative structure with personnel.
  • Outstanding thoroughness, attention to detail, and accuracy in work product.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to learn quickly.
